Executive Summary
Silverleaf University processed over 2,600 administrative requests across seven departments between 2024 and 2025, revealing significant workflow inefficiencies and limited visibility into who handled work, where bottlenecks occurred, and how long tasks took. We found that document verification averaged 76 minutes—well above the target of 48 minutes—and nearly half of all requests required rework or corrections. The International Office experienced a persistent backlog of 40–50 pending cases, and peak demand consistently occurred between 9–11 AM Monday through Thursday. These operational gaps translate into measurable cost and service impacts for students and staff.
The Administrative Workload Analytics Dashboard provides a practical solution: a web-based platform that consolidates request-level data, visualizes workload distribution, highlights peak-hour demand, and surfaces AI-driven recommendations to improve routing, staffing, and quality checks. Expected outcomes include a 30–40% reduction in verification cycles, a 50% reduction in International Office backlog, and material cost savings from targeted automation—estimated at $74,400 annually for document verification alone.
